State Trading Organisation (STO) has increased the diesel price by 30 Laari.

An announcement issued by the government-public owned company Thursday said a diesel litre would be increased to Rf10.65 from Rf9.80. STO changed fuel prices in August, reducing 30 Laari from a diesel litre.

The announcement noted that the prices were increased because the latest shipments cost high.

International crude oil prices are at US$80.11 per barrel.
